How he got into parkour: “Played every sport as a child, but wanted to learn how to front flip for scores and wining. Started teaching himself and just never stopped learning new ways to move.” What does he love about parkour: ”Freedom of it, the customization and creativity of each individual which leads to such finite control of your body and leading to fun and control of your environment.”

How they got into parkour: “Needed a new community based in movement after martial arts, something that wasn't competitive so I can approach failure with healthy mindset, learning from it instead of focusing on winning or losing.” What do they love about parkour: ”It is a personal journey and it's helped me grow through it by the community and mindsets!”
